Affordable option for forearm gains and elbow health
I got this to see how it compared to a similar device I have that is made out of metal. My elbows have been feeling really well from especially pronations and I can see some visual progress on my forearms. This Grip Globe did not disappoint. It operates smoothly and in some ways, it actually felt even better that is was on the lighter side and all the resistance came from whatever weight you attach to it. Absolutely recommend this to any forearm training and elbow health enthusiast!
