Bought one then bought another so I can do both forearms together, VERY well made and works great!
I have really enjoyed the grip globe since getting in and using it a few times. It’s a simple design, but very effective. The quality of the build is strong and it looks sleek. I’m glad I’ve added this piece of equipment to my home gym, it fills in an area I wasn’t able to train before without it. I would say one area of improvement could be encasing or enclosing the cable around the device. I’ve noticed several occasions where the cable will come out of its channel if I don’t have it perfectly straight and I’ll have to reset it. Not a big deal but an area I could see improvement being worth it.
Excellent forearm training product for pronation & supination.
The build of Grip Globe is solid. I've been using it for my elbow issues (both tennis and golf). This has been tremendous in my recovery. I've tried resistance bands, kettlebell swings, and other exercises to rehab my elbows. Those have helped with my tennis elbow, but I hadn't found anything that could target my golfer's elbow quite like the Grip Globe. I know it's helping with my tennis elbow too. I didn't want to get any type of injection, so I saw this on YouTube and figured I'd try it out. I'm glad I did.
